Q: Can I read Xilinx Spartan-3A(N) DNA with JTAGTest?
Answer:
Yes, you have to create bitstream which connects Spartan Device DNA to USER1 or USER2 boundary scan register and configure the device. Then use JTAG IR/DR scan function to read out the DNA.Related links
