Q: What is minimal pin connection for JTAG?
Answer:
You need at least TDO, TDI, TMS, TCK in order to fully access JTAG TAP, however some applications or circuits require also other pins such as nSRST, DBGRQ, etc. Platforms supporting adaptive clocking need also RTCK. And obviously you need ground connection (GND) and reference voltage (VREF, VJTAG, VCCIO)Related links
